Biogradska Gora National Park

Directions

National park

Biogradska Gora, in the Bjelasica mountains, protects one of the last primeval forests in Europe, with beech, fir and maple trees several centuries old. Biogradsko jezero, a glacial lake, lies at its heart.

A trail circles the lake through the old forest, and in summer the park rents rowing boats. Camping is on the park's pitches.
