Vransko Lake Nature Park

Directions

Nature parkRamsar site

The nature park protects Vransko jezero, Croatia's largest natural lake, a karst lake just behind the Adriatic coast between Biograd na Moru and Pakoštane, with its reed beds and the hills around it. Its ornithological reserve is one of the most important wetlands for birds on the Croatian coast.

A cycling and walking route runs along the shore and viewpoints look over the lake and the sea. Swimming, boating and sport fishing follow the park's rules and seasons.
